We currently use Stripe payment gateway which accepts Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Teamson also accepts PayPal payments.

When an order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation email is automatically sent to you within a few minutes. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
If the order confirmation email was not in your spam folder, go to My Orders and log in to see if your order appears there. If it does, then your order was submitted successfully. -
Our entire website, including the payment pages, are fully encrypted with a SSL Certificate, which you can see as a padlock next to the URL. This is the most advanced security software that can be used for online payments. As well as the padlock, secure pages will also begin with ‘https’ rather than ‘http’. Our checkout process also uses additional levels of security to protect your payment details. Please view our Privacy Policy should you wish to view more information.

Firstly, check your email’s spam folder to see if your email was automatically marked as spam by your email provider. If it was, then please approve Teamson as a sender to avoid this in the future.
If the order confirmation email was not in your spam folder, please go to your account dashboard within Teamson.co.uk and click on ‘My Orders’ at the bottom of the page to see if your order appears there. If it does, then your order was submitted successfully. Please make sure that you have supplied us with the correct email address. -

No, unfortunately once an order has been placed, due to security reasons, the order cannot be amended. If you wish to change any details, please cancel your order, and place a new order.

We currently only ship within the following the United Kingdom from our UK website . If you are purchasing from Europe, please head to www.teamson.eu. For countries outside of Europe, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to help.

It takes about 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 days for standard delivery or 2-3 days for premium delivery within the United Kingdom. Please note that premium delivery is not available for those items with a 'Ship by' date visible.

We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you place your order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier.

Yes, we provide tracking numbers with all orders as soon as the order has been dispatched. This will be by email or text message notification.

If you are missing an item, check your account to confirm that all the items in your order have dispatched. Sometimes items will be delivered by different carriers due to size and weight and may not always arrive together. No, we are an online only retailer. In order to keep our selection large, prices low, and service exceptional we do not have a shop where you can view our products.
Returns

We offer a 30-days returns period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.
To complete your return, we will require your order number, the reason for the return and the full name placed at the time of ordering from Teamson.co.uk. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt into the warehouse. If we find that the product is not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on that item. Please note that you are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to Teamson unless faulty or defective.
You can easily complete a return request for purchases made through Teamson.co.uk by clicking on the Contact Us link in the bottom navigation menu. -
The warranty period is 30 days for all Teamson products. We offer a refund if returned within 30 days. If you receive a replacement part, we will extend the warranty period for another 30 days.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. You will need to follow the returns procedure – items may be returned within 30 days per the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that you are responsible for all charges associated with the return of goods back to Teamson.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit or parts at no cost where possible. Simply report a damaged item by contacting us at +44 1952 916050 or via email at support@teamson.co.uk and we will be happy to help. For faulty items, please supply a picture of the damaged item along with your order number and full name on order. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 30 days of receiving the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please ensure you retain proof of delivery as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit if no proof of delivery is available. -
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to return any items on your order, please see our returns policy.
You are welcome to place another order in the meantime to replace the original while we are processing your return. -
If you have not received a refund after 28 days of returning your item, first check with your bank or credit card provider. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted or processed.

Once you have created an account, you will not have to enter your personal details for each new order.
You can add items to your shopping basket and complete your order later, on your mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer.

Early Access to Promotions and New Products
If you sign up to receive our newsletters when you create your account, you will be the first to know about site promotions and new product launches. -

Product Care

For wooden toys –
Use mild soap on a damp cloth. Do not use window cleaners or cleaning abrasives as they will scratch the surface and could damage the protective coating. Periodically check to make sure all connections are tight. Retighten if necessary.
For all furniture types –
For dust, wipe furniture with a clean, soft, dry and lint-free cloth often. For spills, blot with a clean, damp cloth immediately. We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives, or furniture polish on our lacquered finish. -
Our toys and children’s furniture from Teamson Kids, Fantasy Fields, Sophia's and Olivia’s Little World are perfect for age 3 & above.

At Teamson, we promise to stay committed to manufacturing products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. For our children’s furniture, we use non-toxic paint and test products for expected use. Of course, we test all of our new products, but we also check our existing assortment annually to make sure they continue to live up to our safety and quality standards.
