We are delighted with our new garden rattan modular seating. It looks fantastic in our garden and it's so comfortable. Delivery was literally 2 days after ordering. It is great quality and putting it together was easy with 2 of us (NB, don't fully tighten screws until each piece is roughly put together, then do the final tightening to allow for small variations). The sale price was also exceptional value. I'd highly recommend this set.
Delivered on time but the glass top was smashed. 2nd one was delivered which I refused delivery as I could hear the glass rattling inside. 3rd came very quickly and although a couple of small scratches on the glass top I have kept it as I can’t fault the customer service and the speed in which they rectified the situation. Which no doubt was caused by the delivery company and not from the company themselves. Although a “Fragile Glass” label may have helped. It’s easy to put together and looks lovely. Can’t say how much heat it gives out yet as we’ve not used it fully, but it seems to be adequate for a cool spring evening.

This set is amazing value for money, I got it in the sale but it’s easily worth more than twice what I paid for it. Not the easiest to put together but I have a lot of experience building flat-pack (and a lot of patience). I’d hate to try this without an electric screwdriver, but it took me about 3 hours on my own to assemble the entire set. It looks amazing built and has a lovely smell to the wood also. Everyone who has seen it thinks it looks great too. Nice and heavy and sturdy! Feels and looks much more expensive than it is!
